Our lounges already exist in their finished form. The client chooses a unit, signs off the branding, and we deliver. 90% of the work is done before the brief arrives.

Loaded with Starlink WiFi, climate control, 75-inch UHD screen, Nespresso, integrated fridge and premium leather seating as standard across the Lounges fleet. Your brand applies the final 10% — the fascia, the internal panels, the touches that make the unit yours for the duration.

  • Typically one hour from arrival to live and operational. HIAB lift. Levelling. Power connection. Branding application. Full equipment check. Done inside 60 minutes.

  • Yes, anywhere in mainland UK. Our HIAB crew delivers to festival fields, agricultural showgrounds, city centre destinations, country estates and off-grid sites. Starlink WiFi works even where mobile signal does not.

  • We aim for 24 hours. Send us your logo and brand colours. We send back a render of the lounge with your identity applied. Or just your company name and we will source what we need.

  • Yes. Activation Plus combines unit hire with brand ambassadors, branded extensions, AV equipment and project management. One supplier. One contract. One accountable team.  Or alternatively, we can jsut deliver the finished unit.

  • Yes. One-off event structures are part of what we do. From glass showrooms that house a car to multi-storey installations. If it can go on a lorry, we can usually build it.

  • The smallest event lounge is 6m long x 2.6m wide.  We also have larger versions that are 7.2m wide.  Speak to use about specific requirements as we have a number of lounges in build which can be adapted to specific needs.

  • Our core stock models are finished in either high gloss black or high gloss white.   We can wrap or paint units to meet specific requirements or clad them in different materials.  There are plenty of options.  Just ask the question.

  • Containers can be great. Different needs suit different clients.

    Our units were designed from a blank page as a fully finished display, not converted from something industrial. They are lighter, easier to personalise, and 90% ready out of the box for most clients with a range of configurations available.

  • Almost anything we have built, we can change. Exterior cladding colour, rear panel colours, full custom graphic wraps and complete interior reconfiguration are all available. We have built it as a green room, simulator suite, cafe bar, retail pop-up, press conference room and F&B service space.

  • Yes, our units are modular by design. Stack two vertically for double-height installations. Join two horizontally for a larger showroom footprint. Configure them as glass-walled vehicle displays, multi-storey hospitality, or anything else the brief calls for.
